New: The CCM100 Concrete Casting Module

We are proud to announce the expansion of our CCM product line: the CCM100. This new casting module has been specially developed as a compact variant alongside the existing CCM150 and CCM200, and offers the same high-quality functionality in a smaller size, suitable for penetrations with a diameter of 100 mm.

Just like its bigger brothers, the CCM100 is designed to be cast into concrete walls in onshore projects. During casting, a round, watertight sealed recess is created that can easily be used later for the passage of cables or pipes.

Key benefits of the CCM100:
• Watertight sealing – reliable protection against moisture and leakage.
• Compact design – ideal for applications with smaller pipe or cable diameters.
• Easy installation – fastening to concrete reinforcement with tie-wraps or other common fasteners.
• Flexible wall thickness – extension possible with standard PVC pipe, can be cut to size.
• Modularly connectable – multiple modules can be combined via butterfly recesses.

The CCM100 is therefore the ideal solution for projects where space is limited, but reliability and sealing of the highest level are required. The addition of this new format makes it possible to meet various project requirements even more specifically.

Availability: The CCM100 is available immediately and, together with the CCM150 and CCM200, forms a complete range for penetration solutions in concrete structures.
